A simple readable spec

After we receive the requirements we find that it is important for us to provide a document indicating what will be done and what the estimated time will be. This gives the customer a chance to correct any misunderstandings before the coding work begins.

Industry best practices

We generally insist on using an Issue Tracker and a Source Code Control system. We also perform design reviews, code reviews and unit testing. We also have had great success with SCRUM and similar methodologies.
